Use the public test responsibly.

These terms describe acceptable use and the practical limits of the free Latixo beta service.

Acceptance

By submitting a URL to Latixo, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not submit a test.

Authorized testing only

You may test public webpages that you own, operate or are otherwise authorized to request. You are responsible for the URL you submit and for respecting the tested site's terms, access controls and legal rights.

Prohibited use

  • Do not use Latixo to scan, probe or attack systems.
  • Do not submit private, credential-bearing or secret URLs.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, queue controls, Turnstile or other safeguards.
  • Do not automate requests in a way that overloads Latixo or a tested website.
  • Do not use results to make deceptive claims about a site, vendor or person.

Results and availability

Latixo provides synthetic lab measurements from a particular browser run. Results can vary and are not a guarantee of real-user performance, search ranking, accessibility, security, availability or business outcomes.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. Features, limits, nodes and measurement logic may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, capacity or security reasons.

Responsibility

Use your own judgment before acting on a result. Confirm important decisions with repeat testing, field data and appropriate specialist review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Latixo Team is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free beta service.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the product, operator details or legal requirements change. A new effective date will be shown when material revisions are published.
